We go through the design together — size, placement, any final tweaks. Nothing moves forward until you're completely happy.

The design is transferred as a stencil so you can see exactly where it'll sit. You approve the position before any needlework starts.

Outline first, then shading and detail. Private studio, no distractions. If you need a break at any point, just say so.

The area is cleaned and wrapped. We walk you through exactly how to care for it — what to use, what to avoid, what's normal.
